There is new legislation that makes it harder for some drunk drivers to avoid blood tests. Effective September 1, 2009, drunk driver suspects, whose record shows a history of DWI offenses, cannot refuse a blood test and police are permitted to draw blood without their permission. Â
We hope this legistation will reduce the number of drunk driver accidents and prevent other drivers from sustaining personal injuries and becoming victims of wrongful death in Dallas, TX from careless drunk drivers.

Good discussion!
I heard somewhere that if you tell the cops you have Hemophilia they have to take you to the hospital or have a medical professional withdraw blood, which takes much more time & gives you more time to have the alcohol leave your system. Therefore, I heard most times they don’t even bother with it. Think that would work?
Good Idea
